Only in cases where you have reported a bug or issue to us, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, may you be eligible for a refund, at our sole discretion.

In all other cases, including but not limited to change of mind, lack of usage, or failure to report issues, no refunds will be provided.
