Zombies Run 5K Training is a one-time purchase iOS and Android app from Six to Start, the same team behind the main Zombies Run game. It runs 25 workouts over 8 weeks, structured exactly like standard Couch to 5K, but every session is framed as a zombie-era mission.
The character (Sam Yao, a radio operator at Abel Township) is in your ear the whole time. He explains why you are running, who you are saving, and what is chasing you. By week 6, you find yourself pushing through the last interval not because the app told you to, but because Janine needs medicine.
